Nimbus automatically warns you when a lead's mobile or email matches an existing entry.

Open Leads → Duplicates to see grouped duplicates and merge them.

Round-robin assignment

Enable this in Settings → Notifications — new leads without an owner will be distributed evenly across your active sales team.
