Adding products and tracking stock

Go to Products → New and fill in:

• Name and an optional SKU/category
• Price and default GST %
• Opening stock quantity (leave blank for services with no stock to track)

Once saved, the product shows up in the picker whenever you add a line item to a quotation or invoice — no retyping prices or GST rates.

> Tip: services (consulting, AMC, installation) can be products too — just leave stock tracking off for them.
