Adjusting stock and low-stock alerts

Updated 15 Sep 2026 · 426 views

Open a product and use Adjust Stock to record any change that didn't come from an invoice — a fresh purchase, a damaged-goods write-off, or a stock-take correction. Every adjustment is logged with a reason and a timestamp, so your stock history stays auditable.

Low-stock alerts

Set a low-stock threshold on each product. Once quantity on hand drops to or below that number, the product is flagged on the Products list so you know to reorder before you're caught short.

Stock automatically decreases when an invoice for that product is marked paid — you don't need to adjust it manually for normal sales.
