Sending quotations and invoices by email or WhatsApp

Open any quotation or invoice and use the Send Email or Send WhatsApp button:

• Email — sends the PDF as an attachment using your configured sender (see Branding & Settings for custom SMTP)
• WhatsApp — sends a message with a link to the document, using your connected WATI or AiSensy account

Both require the customer to have an email address or mobile number on file, respectively. If WhatsApp isn't configured yet, see Setting up WhatsApp (WATI / AiSensy) under Integrations.
