Refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you're not satisfied — no questions asked.

After 7 days

Refunds are not available for the current billing period after 7 days, but you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

How to request

Email hello@leadarc.in from your registered email address with your Business Name and Subscription reference number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

• Refunds are not applicable to add-on employee/admin seats billed mid-cycle.
• Yearly plans are refunded pro-rata after 7 days only in cases of documented service outage lasting more than 72 hours.
